Throughout my life, coaches have been the most influential people around me. They not only taught me about the game but also about LIFE and how aspects of the game correlated with life. I believe that a coach is an extension of the family and I put a premium on the importance of personal development through positive reinforcement and encouragement. My focus is on the positive experience of the game and helping these athletes as they develop into young men on and off the field.
One of the reasons I was blessed to play as long as I did was because I learned from some great coaches and some tremendous players. I absorbed the excellence that surrounded me and now I want to teach your athlete ALL THAT I KNOW.
Donovin Darius Next Level Training is all about taking athletes and preparing them for the next level in sports and in life. Playing in the NFL for 10 years with the Jacksonville Jaguars gave me a tremendous platform to do what I do today – not only empower, equip and educate athletes – but truly inspire others.
